As promised here is some sweet Naiga music. This is 'Chop my Money' which in pidgin translates to 'spend my money'. It features the popular Nigerian twin duo, P Squared and Akon. I must applaud Akon for his continued interest, and participation in, the Nigerian music scene. I actually thought he might be Nigerian, but it turns out that he is in fact Senegalese. Enjoy!

Yadi

So I just wanted to take a moment to introduce you all to the music of my dear friend Hannah Yadi.She is an absolutely gifted and wonderful singer..... and of course annoyingly enough stunning, talented, one of the nicest people you will ever meet, beyond sexy and bright to boot. She has been playing around the U.K and recording in London and L.A for some time now and excitingly enough her  will be released in the spring, with a full album out later in the year.

So for some reason the above photos made me SUPER happy (I think I might be delerious from staring at m screen for HOURS); HOWEVER, I wanted to share these tunes that kept me grinding along for the last few hours with you and for some reason I thought that these photos (with the amazeballs Jessica Stam) would be the perfect accompanyment. Hugo and Millie

So my viewing of the 'Made in Chelsea' finale JUST ended (I know I'm late but I've been busy!) and I'm GUTTED. I'm officially in love with Hugo Taylor and Millie Mackintosh, I think they are too adorable even for words. They both seem like such sweethearts and he is just SUCH a doll to her. I adore that he can't seem to keep his hands off her, even with the cameras rolling. Ergo I decided I dedicate this little post to them and their adorableness!

And to boot I thought that this song would be a fitting little choice for this montage it's called 'You and I' and it's by Ingrid Michaelson.

Skinny vs. Curvy (V Magazine the size issue featuring Crystal Renn)

I know what I think but I would be interested in a poll in these results! Does (or can) fashion really look better on a curvy model? Clothes to me just always look better on a slimmer individual although a clothes hangar is always preferable. I wish I could say that I liked curvier girls in fashion magazines but I don't know. I think Crystal Renn is beautiful but for some reason her figure springs into the foreground to me rather than the clothes.

.... also for some reason these pictures reminded me of this tune. I think it must have been Crystal's winding.... but here it is.... I know a bit random!

ps. does the styling in this editorial remind anyone else of the styling in the music video for 'Can't Speak French' by Girls Aloud?

Also while we're on the subject everyone should have a listen of Florence Welch of Florence and the Machine's rare cover of the tune (give it a minute, I know it starts a bit softly in the beginning but it is definitely a treat for the ears and a kick to hear her covering Girls Aloud).

Erin Wasson + The Pusher Man

I swear to goodness every time I see Erin Wasson Steppenwolf begins to play in my mind....

So I feel like this song just goes perfectly with this editorial, check it out.

It's Bejamin Francis Leftwich's song 'Hole in My Hand'. Check it out. I am a HUGE fan of his.

And now for the editorial. It's from French Vogue (no surprise)'s November issue and the editorial is called "Un dimanche a la campagne" and it was shot by Mickael Jansson and styled by Anastasia Barbieri. The model is Sascha Pivovarova (one of my favorites) and the girl in the shoot is actually the stylist's daughter.

I've chosen this editorial as it is a great example of Roitfeld's work to the extent that it's difficult to date it. I believe that it's truly timeless. Despite the fact that I know that this editorial if from November 2010 I would just as easily believe that it was shot in the 60s or even the 70s. Undoubtedly this is also a result of the work of Ms. Barbieri who did such an amazing job of the styling. It looks simply effortless.

The two images that stand out for me here are the one where Sascha is wearing the knitted cardi and the one of her in the peacoat. I just adore the interaction between the models. There's just something magical in the moments that were created and captured.

Why I love Nicola Roberts

Here are three reasons why I feel strongly Nicola Roberts/ why I


 L - O - V - E , L - O - V - E , L - O - V - E  ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ her.

1. Because she looks like one of my childhood dolls, true story.

2. Because her skin of so pale I want to bathe in it like milk. Pervy but true. But honestly she rocks the pale look hard and she looks AWESOME. And yes her skin looks like a pool of 2% milk that my cat (and I- let's be honest) would love to dive in (confession, I have no cat but if I did... in there like swimwear- no joke.

3. Because her new song ROOOOOCKS!
