So many things going on

The last 3 weeks have been a very rich period for me, personally and professionally, so I beg your pardon if I haven't updated you, my dear readers, on my latest ventures.
As you know, if you've read my previous entries, I'm currently preparing a new original screenplay  in the adventure and fantasy genre, it will be a very innovative theme, and I don't think this kind of stories have been made before, at the moment I'm working on the very first draft of the script, all the elements begin to form a puzzle piece by piece, and I'm doing some researches to develop my characters and my plots at the same time, obviously, the screenplay will go through several drafts before becoming what I want it to be, so the writing will take several additional days.

Besides being a screenwriter, I'm also working as an English/French translator, and French/English translator for several production companies and film makers, in the recent weeks, a talented French film maker contacted me write the English version of the fantasy screenplay he's going to direct, the screenplay is based on a published comic book, and the screenwriter who adapted it had previously hired me to translate one of his features. The story revolves around the Devil, and as you know, if you are familiar with my work, I'm very familiar with this legendary figure since "A dance with the Devil", one my feature screenplays, and a short story I have written and published  in the past...Reminds me I have to work on a new edition of my short stories and improve the versions I have...
But that's another story.

Regarding the EXISTING SCREENPLAYS NOW, my co-writer on "Earth Friends", and I been in touch with an Emmy Award producer who fell in love with the script and wants to pitch it to a major production company in Los Angeles...And when I say major, I mean a MAJOR company that produced two of the most legendary films of the recent years, don't know if anything will ever come off her efforts, but be sure I'll keep you posted on that matter!
Also, a friend and very talented actress read MISS CLARK, my fantasy werewolf screenplay and fell for it, she also wants to pitch the script to a producer and I believe she is the right actress to portray Miss Clark's mother, a key character of the story. She also suggested one actress to play the lead, and I believe she has some very good advices. Moreover it's good to be supported that way and  it's very motivating for me as a writer.
She gave me this inspiring advice "keep those good stories coming"
and I think I'm going to listen to her!

And last but not least...TWO MAJOR ACTRESSES (a french actress and an American actress) I talked to recently asked me to write screenplays for them, I'm still seeking the right projects for them at the moment, I'm  feeling very grateful for this, since they are two talents I deeply admire.

Thanks for reading! Jordan.
