Rhinoplasty & Septoplasty Journal- a plea for questions

So I finally got the cast off my nose today and it looks amazeballs, if I do say so myself. I wanted to start putting together a journal of daily photos and a discussion of my recovery as having looked online for myself there is pitiful little out there. I was therefore wondering if anyone had any questions. I know its annoying to have to ask but I would so love to do a good job on this so it would really be such a huge help to me and I would so appreciate all of your comments and queries xx
